Membership of VoteGuard International Ltd is open to individuals and incorporated organisations who share our vision of safeguarding elections and defending democratic integrity worldwide.

Eligibility

You may apply for membership if you:
  • Support the purposes of the Company.
  • Submit a written application to the Secretary.
  • Agree to comply with the Constitution and our membership policy, including contributing the $10 guarantee if required on winding up.

Responsibilities of Members

By joining VoteGuard International, members agree to:
  • Support and promote the purposes of the Company.
  • Act in good faith and in the best interests of the Company.
  • Comply with the Constitution, policies, and Board decisions.
  • Pay membership fees if introduced in future.
  • Contribute $10 if the Company is ever wound up.

Membership Fees

  • At present, there is no membership fee.
  • The Board may introduce or vary fees by resolution, provided they are fair and consistent with our not-for-profit status.

By submitting this application, I declare that I:

  • Support the purposes of VoteGuard International Ltd, as set out in its Constitution.
  • Agree to comply with the Company’s Constitution, By-laws, and Policies.
  • Understand that membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
  • Understand that if the Company is wound up, I may be required to contribute an amount of up to $10 as my guarantee under the Constitution.
