Instructions for Opening a Country Chapter

Welcome to the

VoteGuard International Chapter Network.

We invite civic leaders, academics, legal professionals, and integrity advocates to establish national chapters that promote our shared mission: to advocate for enacting laws to prosecute electoral fraud as treason with the highest punishment.

Follow the steps below to begin your country’s affiliation process:

Step 1: Review Eligibility

Before applying, ensure that your group:
  • Shares the vision, mission, and objectives of VoteGuard International.
  • Is committed to upholding the principles of independence, nonpartisanship, transparency, and accountability.
  • Can identify a small founding team (at least three core members).
  • Agrees to operate as a nonprofit, non-party entity in accordance with national laws.

Step 2: Study the Chapter Starter Kit

The Country Chapter Starter Kit explains everything you need to know:
  • Chapter establishment criteria
  • Governance and reporting structure
  • Roles of the Secretariat and national chapter
  • Templates for the Chapter Proposal Form, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), and Affiliation Agreement

Step 3: Prepare Your Chapter Proposal

Complete the Chapter Proposal Form (included in the Starter Kit) and attach:
  • Brief background of your team
  • Proposed constitution or bylaws (if any)
  • Outline of initial goals and activities
  • Contact details of your proposed officeholders

Step 4: Submit Your Application

Email your completed form and attachments to:
[email protected]

Step 5: Formalisation

If approved:
  • You will receive a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for signature.
  • Once signed, you will be recognised as an Official VoteGuard International Country Chapter, authorised to operate under our global framework.
  • Your chapter will be listed on our website.

Important Notes

  • There is no affiliation fee.
  • Each chapter is independent under local law but aligned with the VoteGuard International Secretariat through the MoU.
  • All activities must comply with VoteGuard’s Constitution, Policies, and Ethical Standards.
