Chapter Starter Kit

This Country Chapter Starter Kit provides comprehensive guidance and standardised tools for establishing, governing, and operating a VoteGuard International Ltd Country Chapter. It sets out legal, governance, membership, reporting, branding, and ethical requirements, and includes all necessary templates and agreements to ensure chapters operate independently under local law while remaining aligned with the Organisation’s constitution, mission, and Secretariat oversight.
